Day 121

That’s me… collapsed on the ground right after getting my butt kicked from a Core and Arm workout… but still smiling! I finished it, AND I felt strong (despite the butt kicking 😂)! One of the best motivators is to feel your strength increase little by little. Every day at it you become a little bit stronger and your body becomes capable of pushing itself just a little bit farther. #dailyrayminders #day121
