Day 106

Reminding myself with a little bit of encouragement today✌🏼. After successfully not emotionally eating this week 🎉🙌🏼(something I am relearning) while my husband was gone on a work trip and I was left with our littles, I celebrated being reunited with him tonight by eating something I usually avoid: added sugar. Scrumptious Banana Crepes and whipped cream to be exact. It was heavenly. It was yummy. Best of all- it was the right time and place to eat it. I was sound in mind and not emotionally trying to patch negative emotions with food. Timing is everything. There is a time to abstain and choose healthy food. There is a time for a well placed dessert… and tonight was one of those nights. #dailyrayminders
